Microsoft Software Purchase Program

The Microsoft Academic Alliance allows students who are in or who have taken specific CISB courses to acquire selected Microsoft software titles for only the cost of materials and labor. The application form specifies cost for materials and labor, which range from $10 to $35 depending on the number of CDs required.

Expressions Studio 3
Visual Studio.Net 2005 Professional with MSDN Library

Windows Virtual Machine (Mac)
Windows Virtual Machine ( PC)
Windows XP, Professional
Windows Vista, Business Edition
Windows 7, Ultimate Edition

Eligible courses: CISB 101, 205, 206, 210, 306, 331, 442, 451, 460, 471
The materials and labor are supplied by the MSC student chapter of the Association for Information Technology Professionals.

To acquire software through the Microsoft Academic Alliance, please pick up an application form from ACB 301.
Checks or money orders must be payable to MSC AITP.

Please allow one week for delivery after completed application form, copy of transcript, and check or money order has been submitted to Dr. Carpenter in ACB 301c.

Software recipients must agree to Microsoft’s terms and conditions, which specify the software
will not be installed on other than student’s personal computer,

will not be used for commercial purposes, and

will not be transferred to any other party
